- Collaborate with the production manager to complete landscape projects in the most efficient manner while putting customer satisfaction first
- Motivate crew members to achieve desired productivity and job performance
- Operate equipment including, but not limited to, single axle dump trucks, loaders, skid steers, track loaders, excavators
- Properly complete time reports and other required tablet work
- Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
- Assists Production Manager with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available
- Train employees
- Assist and lead crews on all aspects of jobs
- Perform other duties as required
- Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record
- Previous Landscaping leadership experience
- Willing to work extra hours when needed to complete jobs
- This job requires general labor and operating equipment.
- Adept at identifying and solving problems that may arise during landscaping projects.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Paid holidays after one year of full Employment
- One week of paid vacation (5 days) after one year of full Employment
